Data Complaint

How we handle your complaint

You have the right to complain to us first. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, keep you informed of progress, and tell you the outcome without undue delay. If you remain dissatisfied, you can escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
